Service Description

Pinpin is a personal bookmarking and visual organization app. It allows you to save, organize, and search through images, links, and text content on your Apple devices.

Your Content

• You retain all rights to content you save in Pinpin
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use any content
• Your content is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account
• We never access, view, or claim any rights to your content

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pinpin to:

• Store illegal content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Store content you don't have permission to save

Third-Party Services

Pinpin integrates with:

• Apple iCloud for sync (governed by Apple's terms)
• Google Lens for visual search (governed by Google's terms)

Use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.

Disclaimer

Pinpin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide a reliable app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or data preservation.

Always keep backups of important content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Pinpin, including data loss.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Pinpin after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using Pinpin at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.
